Faith Christian Church held its first official Sunday worship in July of 1985. Before that it was a small Bible study group meeting in homes for a year and a half. Paul and Doreen Shirek traveled to Juneau Co. from Marshfield WI (where Paul served as an assistant Pastor of Believers Church) each week to share the word of God with a hungry group of believers. In 1985 they left their home and positions in Marshfield to pioneer what is now Faith Christian Church.
Since that beginning, FCC has met in a Municipal building, and rented building and a conference room before finally building our first permanent structure in 1998. Since that first construction we have completed one addition and are now engaged in a large sanctuary addition which is constructed but not yet completed. Through these years we have been a growing Church and to this day see the Lord adding new souls to His kingdom through our ministries on an almost weekly basis.
